Enneagram Workshop
The Enneagram is a robust framework for self-awareness and growth. Unlike many personality assessments, it doesn’t just describe what we do—it reveals why we do it. By identifying the underlying motivations and patterns that drive our behaviors, the Enneagram offers a pathway toward greater self-knowledge, deeper connection, and more effective collaboration.
This workshop provides individuals and teams with the tools to grow in self-awareness, understand interpersonal dynamics, and build stronger, more integrated ways of working together.
Each participant will complete the Integrative9 Professional Assessment before the workshop. The Integrative9 is the most accurate and business-oriented Enneagram tool available. It provides a comprehensive and practical foundation for understanding individual and team dynamics, making it ideal for organizational application.

We tailor every Enneagram Workshop to your team’s size and setting - in-person or virtual, small groups or large. Investment starts at $6,500 for up to 20 participants and includes a focused 2-hour session (our recommended minimum for meaningful impact). For larger teams or extended formats, we’ll recommend the right approach - such as additional time, co-facilitators, or breakout groups - and provide an adjusted quote.
