2. Listen Deeply
We meet individually with a cross-section of team members and stakeholders across the organization. These conversations invite honesty and depth, revealing how people experience decision-making, trust, and the identified key areas of focus - and where hidden dynamics may be shaping the team’s effectiveness.

3. Synthesize Insights
